BOH Anchor, 5-Star Luxury Lodge

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive BOH Anchor to join a prestigious 5-star lodge team. This is a vital support role, ensuring the smooth operation of all back-of-house processes and enabling the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support all back-of-house functions, including stock management, procurement, and supplier coordination
• Assist with kitchen logistics, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Liaise closely with the Front of House and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operational flow
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency in all BOH areas
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and task management as required
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar BOH support role within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of stock control, kitchen hygiene, and BOH systems
• Positive attitude, willingness to assist where needed, and team player mentality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
