• Create 3D models & drawings using AutoCAD and Revit (Arch & MEP)
• Turn engineering concepts into clean, buildable plans
• Collaborate with engineers & project teams to nail design details
• Ensure models meet codes, quality standards & client specs
• Own your work—minimal handholding required
• Sharp skills in AutoCAD + Revit (you know your way around both)
• Eye for detail and a passion for precision
• Solid grasp of building systems & construction workflows
• Confidence turning sketches into full-blown, regulation-ready models

• AutoCAD & Revit pro (Architectural + MEP)
• BIM-literate—data-driven, model-smart
• Turns sketches into build-ready visuals
• Detail-focused with design instinct
• Strong collaboration + communication skills
• Deadline-savvy, multitask-ready
• Passion for sustainable water infrastructure
