Relocate to the Netherlands
Are you an experienced BIM Modeller or BIM Coordinator with a background in structural, civil or infrastructure projects?
We are looking for someone who enjoys turning engineering concepts into accurate 3D models, coordinating with different project teams and making sure that all BIM information is correct, complete and ready for construction.

What will you be doing?
Develop and update structural BIM models for civil and infrastructure projects
Translate structural designs into accurate and practical 3D models
Coordinate modelling activities within multidisciplinary teams
Support and guide other BIM modellers
Check model quality, LOD requirements and project deliverables
Perform clash detection and model checks
Participate in and organise BIM coordination meetings
Manage model data, classifications and revisions
Work closely with structural engineers, project managers, clients and construction teams
Help improve BIM processes, standards, Revit families and templates
What are we looking for?
A relevant diploma, BTech or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building or a related field
Experience as a BIM Modeller or BIM Coordinator on structural projects
Good experience with Revit or similar modelling software
Experience with Navisworks and/or Solibri
Experience with IFC models, BIM Execution Plans and information requirements
A good understanding of structural principles
Experience with concrete and steel detailing would be an advantage
Strong communication and coordination skills
Someone who works accurately, takes ownership and enjoys working as part of a team
Good English communication skills
What can you expect from the client?
Salary from €4,357 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
Full relocation support, including housing and paperwork
