SUMMARY:
A leading technology solutions provider in the telecommunications space is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to join its growing team. POSITION INFO:

Role Summary
You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support, analyze, and enhance telecom-focused software products. The role suits an analytical thinker who enjoys working with data, solving technical challenges, and continuously improving systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and extract data to support reporting, insights, and decision-making
Work closely with internal teams to support and improve business-critical applications
Assist with troubleshooting, configuration, and performance optimization of software systems
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in an agile environment

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they have strong academic transcripts
Solid knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write complex queries
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of web applications and software systems
Exposure to or interest in ASP.NET applications is advantageous
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Perl is a plus
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Curiosity and interest in AI-driven solutions
Enthusiasm for automation and next-generation technologies
Interest in working with platforms that integrate generative AI agents to enhance operational efficiency and move toward autonomous network management
