Our client is looking for an experienced BI Developer to join their team and play a pivotal role in developing smart, efficient solutions that shape operational excellence. In this role, the successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain robust data structures and automation processes to empower business decision-making. From building branded reporting dashboards to integrating systems across partners and platforms, this is a hands-on role that demands both technical expertise and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate data reporting and extract insights from business systems
• Lead data integration across internal and external partners
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and similar analytics tools
• Document and map business processes with business analysts
• Support CI/CD practices and ensure high-quality code rollouts
• Conduct post-development testing and manage implementation

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A minimum of 5 years in business operations or BI-related roles
• Strong SQL, T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS knowledge
• Experience in designing data models (UML/ERD/DFD)
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Planner, Azure DevOps
• A background in finance (BCom or BA) with relevant Microsoft certifications in data engineering, analysis, and DevOps
• Bonus: exposure to C#, .NET, MVC frameworks
