Business Intelligence Analyst – Reporting Excellence Meets Strategic Insight
Are you a data enthusiast with a knack for transforming numbers into narratives? We’re on the hunt for a Business Intelligence Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn raw data into actionable business intelligence. Insurance experience is essential.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Designing and delivering impactful reports and dashboards that drive strategic decisions
Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to uncover insights and solve business challenge.
Automating reporting processes and championing continuous improvement
Reconciling data across systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to a culture of analytical excellence

Minimum Requirements:

A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in BI, reporting, or data analytics
Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, QlikView/Qlik Sense, and advanced Excel
Experience with DAX, Power Query, and/or Python/R
short term insurance experience
