About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be the vital link between clients and candidates, helping both parties achieve their goals. This is an entry-level role, perfect for graduates looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of professional roles
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job brief through to offer stage
• Write compelling job adverts and proactively attract top talent
• Gain comprehensive training in recruitment best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Completed BCom degree (Human Resource Management, Marketing, Business Management, or related field)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn
