BBBEE Training and Development Officer

A leading multinational company has an opportunity within their HR division for a BBBEE Training and Development Officer!

POSITION INFO:
POSITION  : BBBEE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
AREA          : OUTER WESTERN SUBURBS- KZN
SALARY      : R 20 000.00 - R 25 000.00 CTC DEP ON EXP.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The BBBEE Training and Development Officer is responsible for ensuring the accurate completion of all administrative actions required in relation to the maintenance of Management Control and Skills Development Elements on the BBBEE Scorecard. 
This role also oversees the rollout and successful execution of the annual training budget.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completed Matric/Grade 12
• Completed Degree in Human Resources
• Minimum 3 years within a training and development role with exposure to BBBEE and Training and Development
• MUST have a Valid driver’s licence

• BBBEE Administration-Attend to all administrative functions relevant to the Mangement Control and Skills Development Elements on the BBBEE Scorecard 
• Hold regular meetings with BBBEE Consultants to discuss readiness for audit
• Participate in annual BBBEE audit 
• Training and Development Coordination and Reporting 
• Oversee the rollout and successful completion of the annual training budget 
• Assist with the preparation of individual training and development plans to address business and individual needs
• Coordinate learnership programmes in accordance with applicable budgets
• Ensure a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
• Produce timeous reports and analyses identifying training gaps and remedial actions
• Assist line managers to address training problems
