SUMMARY:
Responsible for CRM programme for client portfolio. Liaise with Sales Team and R&D for supporting events such as industry meetings, seminars, exhibitions and trade shows. Responsible for production of sales and marketing literature. Draft a marketing plan for the business, inputs on website content,  social media, advertising, PR and general support to sales team as required etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
  • Conceptualise and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and client lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
  • Manage content and updates for client and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support.
  • Gather client and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current sales & marketing initiatives with tracking, analysis, and optimise accordingly.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal teams, and communicate with senior management about marketing programs, sales strategies and budgets.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or IMM Diploma in marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience developing sales & marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Specialise in generating new business in an assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling B2B, networking and referrals.
  • Develop a number of identified potential prospects to guarantee future sales growth.
  • Conduct outbound phone calls to qualified prospects to schedule face-to-face meetings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Utilise needs satisfaction selling skills to develop unique client specific solutions for each prospect encountered.
  • Strong work ethic , team player and superior time management.
  • Ability to influence decision makers at all levels of an organisation, from CEO to a front office professional.
  • Excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral and written communication skills.
  • Successful closing skills.
