🔍 What You''''ll Be Doing:

* Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns to generate new B2B leads in the fleet and telematics industry
* Identify key decision-makers and build a solid pipeline of qualified prospects
* Deliver compelling pitches and handle objections with skill and resilience
* Collaborate with sales leadership and account executives to drive conversions and close deals
* Use CRM tools to manage outreach, track performance, and report on lead activity
* Stay up-to-date on fleet management trends, telematics products, and competitor offerings

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

* Completed Tertiary Degree (Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred)
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in outbound call environments (100+ calls/day)
* Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
* Experience or interest in SaaS or telematics solutions a major advantage
* Fearless, goal-driven, and resilient personality – you don’t give up easily
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
