Remuneration:
Basic Salary: R8,000 – R15,000 (dependent on experience)

Purpose Of The Job:

Our client is an innovative and fast-growing automotive platform focused on connecting car dealerships with buyers through a modern, efficient digital marketplace. As they continue to scale their footprint across South Africa, they are seeking ambitious, commercially driven professionals to join their expanding team and play a key role in their growth journey.
As an Automotive Sales Representative / Dealer Consultant, you will be responsible for driving dealer acquisition, onboarding new partners onto the platform, and building long-term, value-driven relationships. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about both sales and the automotive industry.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and onboard new car dealerships onto the platform
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with dealer partners
Effectively present and demonstrate the value proposition of the platform
Achieve and exceed sales and onboarding targets
Provide ongoing support to dealerships to ensure optimal platform usage and retention
Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline
Gather and relay market feedback, competitor insights, and customer needs

Requirements:

Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive industry
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable engaging in both field-based and remote sales activities
Understanding of digital platforms or online marketplaces (advantageous)
Existing network within the automotive dealership space (highly preferred)
Opportunities available across key growth regions
Ideal for individuals looking to grow within a dynamic, tech-driven automotive environment
