• Tertiary Education in Sales / Marketing / Business Management
• 2-3 Years’ experience as a Sales Coordinator
• Code 08 Drivers license
• Must be able to work under deadlines
• Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Must be analytical and proficient in Excel
• Must be a team player
• Must be confident and Proactive

Job description

• Take control of policies and procedures pertaining business to ensure specialist knowledge exists to assist and advise staff within sales and aftersales departments
• Manage work efficiently with clear communication by striving to ensure a high-quality work ethic exists to improve own skills and the staff
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of activities
• Responsible for the timely delivery of different communications, including research material through tracking and feedback activity
• Ensure that all consignment and demo stock are managed according to company policy
• Coordinate weekly debtors
• Visit dealers in region at least four times per year, and provide adequate feedback per visit template report, highlighting any areas of concerns for further attention and resolve
• Collaborate with internal marketing team to ensure all marketing efforts are successfully implemented, to promote brand awareness and leverage sales
• Coordinate timely monthly sales pipelines, marketing plans and orders
