Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 16:00

About the Position
We are seeking a caring, reliable, and experienced Au Pair to provide full-time care for a 2-month-old newborn baby girl. The successful candidate must have a genuine passion for working with infants and be able to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment while maintaining the baby''s daily routine.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 2 years'' experience caring for newborn babies.
- Grade 12 (Matric Certificate).
- Fluent in Afrikaans.
- Valid First Aid Certificate.
- Own reliable vehicle with a valid driver''s licence.
- Clear criminal record.
- Contactable references.
- Must currently reside in or near Middelburg, Mpumalanga.
- Non-smoker.
Honest, trustworthy, patient and dependable.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing loving, attentive, and age-appropriate care to a 2-month-old baby.
- Preparing and feeding bottles, including sterilising and washing feeding equipment.
- Changing nappies and maintaining the baby''s hygiene.
- Dressing the baby appropriately according to the weather and daily activities.
- Engaging the baby in suitable developmental and sensory activities.
- Following and maintaining the baby''s established sleep routine.
- Washing, folding, and packing away the baby''s laundry.
- Keeping the nursery and all baby-related items clean, tidy, and organised.
- Maintaining a daily log of feeds, naps, nappy changes, and activities.
- Providing daily feedback to the parents regarding the baby''s wellbeing and routine.
- Performing light household duties related to the baby''s care.
