DAILY FLOW:
Morning Routine (Start: 5:45 AM)
Night Before:
- Confirm breakfast choices with the children; forward requests to chefs if needed.
- Lay out full school outfits (uniform, shoes, jackets, accessories).
- Pack school bags with all essentials (iPads, sports gear, lunchboxes).
- On Fridays: empty bags and send to laundry.
Morning Tasks:
- Prepare breakfast and vitamins.
- Wake children at 6:00 AM (or earlier if requested).
- Guide them through showers, dressing, brushing teeth, lotion, and prayers.
- Serve breakfast with water and vitamins at their designated seats.
- Pack lunchboxes using the weekly menu.
- Load all bags into the car and hand out masks.
- Ensure they greet parents before departure.
After School Routine
- Ensure lunch is served (at home or office).
- Unpack bags, clean lunchboxes, send shoes to laundry.
- Help children change clothes; assist Child 2 with outfit selection.
- Support Madressah (Islamic studies) and homework.
- Submit next-day lunch menu for approval and chef prep.
- Encourage outdoor play and assist with extra-curricular activities.
- Prepare pajamas and assist with evening showers.
- Help with dinner, especially for Child 2.
- Confirm breakfast for the next day and repack bags.
- Charge devices before bedtime.
- Bedtime routine: brush teeth, wash feet, bathroom, prayers, goodnight.
GENERAL TASKS
Daily/Weekly:
- Keep cupboards and play areas tidy.
- Pack away clean clothes; label new items.
- Limit sweets during the week; offer healthy snacks and water.
- Maintain device cleanliness and order tuck shop items via Tap Tuck app.
Monthly/Seasonal:
- Declutter with mom’s approval.
- Track birthday wishes and notify planners.
- Organize parties or activities when requested.
- Order needed items online.
- Maintain password records for children’s devices.
