SUMMARY:

We are looking for an admitted Attorney with 5 year post-admission experience to manage and run a litigation caseload independently. The role requires strong court and litigation experience, with exposure to RAF matters highly preferred. The successful candidate will handle matters from inception to finalisation, draft pleadings and legal correspondence, appear in court, negotiate settlements, and provide strategic legal guidance while ensuring strict compliance with court rules and deadlines.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and run a litigation caseload independently
Handle RAF matters from inception to finalisation
Draft pleadings, notices, and legal correspondence
Conduct consultations with clients
Appear in court when required
Negotiate settlements where applicable
Provide legal advice and strategic guidance on matters
Ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines

Requirements:

LLB Degree
Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
5 years’ post-admission experience
Proven experience handling RAF matters
Strong litigation and court experience
Valid driver’s license
