Associate Analyst Consultant (within Centre of Excellence Team)

As a member of our Centre of Excellence Team, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within our organization. You will collaborate closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement, develop best practices, and provide support to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.

KEY OUTPUTS:

• Analysis and documentation of business processes
• Testing & QA of business processes & productivity
• Help define business process and activity SLAs
• Liaise with business analysts & give input to business process design and modelling
• Administer support systems
• Administer team systems
• Must be a team player

• Must be a relationship builder

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

• Microsoft Office is essential (Excel)
• Zoho knowledge is preferable
• Data analysis, manipulation and insight generation is essential
• Travel sector exposure, particularly tour operations is preferable
• Six Sigma methodology and approach is preferable

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of business processes
• Understanding of the organisation of a company
• Data analysis skills
• Must be analytical with good communication & interpersonal skills

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 0-2 years’ experience in this discipline
• Relevant Bachelor's degree is Beneficial
• Business analyst/process analysis qualification is beneficial
