Requirements

5 Years proven sales track record within IT distribution sales.
Experience in managing sales teams.
A proven closer, able to gather commitment every step of the sales process
Presentation and training skills required
Computer literate on MS Office with Advanced Excel skills

Duties

Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
Responsible for maximizing sales team''s potential, crafting sales plans and justifying the plans to senior management
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
