Assistant Product Managers

SUMMARY:
The purpose is focused on the management of CBI Product portfolios with the local and export markets. This role is required to translate customer requirements to engineering, quality and manufacturing teams, as well as maintain sales forecasts and stock levels. Detailed technical knowledge is required to support customer requirements.

POSITION INFO:

Main Repsonsibilities:

• Set sales forecasts and manage stock levels
• Provide technical internal and external training
• Maintain extensive product knowledge
• Maintain market knowledge, and be familiar with competitor offerings
• Maintain product catalogues and documentation
• Provide after sales support to customers
• Assist sector managers in the development of application notes and design guides
• Provide input to assist with Product development strategies
• Manage market phase in and phase out of products
• Assist with Tender product identification

• Entire CBI portfolio

Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12(Matric)
• NDIP Essential
• BTech/BSC Electrical preferable
• Electrical trade essential
• 5 years electrical experience preferable
• Proven application skills
• Customer Support experience
