Key Responsibilities

Sales & Performance

• Support the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize performance

• Lead by example on the sales floor to inspire and motivate the team

Customer Experience

• Deliver and uphold Swarovski’s premium customer service standards

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

• Foster long-term client relationships and brand loyalty

Team Leadership & Development

• Assist in recruiting, training, and coaching store associates

• Provide ongoing feedback and performance support

• Help create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Ensure store presentation aligns with the brand guidelines

• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention

• Support scheduling and daily operational planning

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience (luxury retail preferred)

• Strong sales acumen with a results-driven mindset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to motivate and develop a team

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
