Assistant Manager Sales Training

SUMMARY:

The incumbent of this position will adhere to all safety, environment and legislative requirements in order to Manage & deliver effective Service Advisor training to the Dealer Network. 

POSITION INFO:

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Facilitation:  Conduct training 70% of available time. Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times

Preparation: Thorough preparation of all materials, training aids and components before every course. Identify weak area activities as required to support Academy objectives.

Management: Resource management, Compliance administration management, Relationship management and customer service. Reporting and representations. Capturing of all grading results Participation in development and implementation of Skills Olympiad

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• NQF 5 (240 credits – 8 level framework) qualification
• Minimum – 5yrs training/teaching position
• Computer literacy
• Dealer experience preferable
