SUMMARY:
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: The incumbent of this position will adhere to all safety, environment and legislative requirements in order to Manage & deliver effective Service Advisor training to the Dealer Network. The internationally recognised Orga;nisation's curriculum is used for the development of each individual

POSITION INFO:

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Facilitation: Conduct training 70% of available time. Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
Preparation: Thorough preparation of all materials, training aids and components before every course. Identify weak area activities as required to support Academy objectives.
Management: Resource management, Compliance administration management, Relationship management and customer service. Reporting and representations. Capturing of all grading results on Oasis. Participation in development and implementation of Skills Olympiad
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

NQF 5 (240 credits – 8 level framework) qualification

·         Minimum – 5yrs training/teaching position
·         Computer literacy
·         Dealer experience preferable
· Qualified Service Adviser
