JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose: Manage recruitment and selection process. To support HCSA with the sourcing of talent for key positions.

Minimum Qualifications:
Matric.
Diploma in Human Resource Management (and or studying towards).

Minimum Experience:
Human Resource Management: 5 years Operational; 2 years Managerial (recommended), 3 or more years of experience in recruiting in an industrial environment.

Roles and Responsibilities include inter alia: 

Strategy Development and Implementation
Ensure daily operations are in line with HR strategy.
Strategic business partner for talent acquisition services.
Execute the implementation of the Talent Acquisition action plan.
Qualify hiring needs and provide advice on the best recruiting strategy and talent market insights.  

Recruitment and Selection
Manage recruitment system.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Recruit and select employees.
Coach managers on the recruitment and selection process.
Proactively target and attract talent to build an engaged pipeline of candidates that are excited by the HCSA proposition.
Ensure recruitment and selection policy and procedures are up to date and legally compliant.
Provides resource sourcing support for key talent positions in the organisation via established recruitment procedures and external recruitment resources.
Leverage social media channels to build brand awareness and drive talent engagement and interest.

People Management
Provide leadership and motivate Recruitment team members to meet the department’s objectives.

Project Management
Determine project scope and manage various projects
Report on project progress to the HR Group Leader.

Reporting
Complete weekly recruitment/hr report and recruitment tracker.
