SUMMARY:
Assistant Hospitality Manager
DRIVERS LICENCE AND SOCIAL MEDIA SKILLS ESSENTIAL
A well loved and regarded self-catering establishment with 22 beds (cottages) is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the small and dedicated team that make this establishment well loved by regular visitors and a welcome surprise to new clients.
The role will require:

  • Staff management - upkeep of grounds and service of the cottages
  • Accommodation preparation and general maintenance - high standards are the expectation and attention to detail important
  • Co-ordinate any outside tradesman (handyman, electrician, plumber etc) and service providers
  • Receiving Guests - crucial arrival procedure, signing in, showing them to their units and being available for any queries or assistance during their stay.
  • Marketing - ability to use various social media platforms and on line booking sites and company website to generate both local and overseas interest and bookings.
  • Admin - daily input of revenue and expenses into the accounting system for processing
  • Using company vehicle to run errands, collect staff, collect supplies etc
