Assisting the Store Manager in managing all aspects of a store and ensure smooth operational activities

Minimise shrinkage and control inventory effectively

Deliver exceptional customer service

Maximizing turnover and profit

People management (talent selection, training, coaching, retention and recognize initiatives for all team members)

Innovative visual merchandising to drive sales

Maintaining health & safety practices

Honesty in dealing with cash or finances of the business
