5* Beach Lodge based close to Swellendam is looking for an Assistant Management Couple.
 
The Assistant Management Couple acts as second-in-command, supporting senior management with daily operations.
 
The suitable couple will offer complementary skills, manage staff and ensuring high guest service standards.

FGASA Level 1 Marine (or Level 1 with Marine to be completed within 6 months of employment) All guiding qualifications must be up to date and valid
First Aid Level 1
Strong maintenance and vehicle maintenance skills
Excellent hosting skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Basic HR knowledge
Valid PDP
 
Her:
 
Strong hosting skills
All-rounder knowledge across departments (advantageous)
PAN knowledge (essential)
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Basic HR knowledge
Strong administrative skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Driver’s licences would be an advantage
 
Requirements:
 
Minimum 5 years’ experience in 5-star properties
Own transport
Valid driver’s licence (essential)
Strong team management and time management skills
Creative, out-of-the-box thinking with the ability to think on their feet
Able to work independently without supervision
Outgoing personalities with strong guest engagement and hosting skills
