Safari Lodge based in close to Toubakouta in Senegal, West Africa is looking for an experienced Assistant Management Couple to join their team
 
We are looking for a dynamic duo who thrives in the bush, loves people, and works well with diverse teams, are honest, reliable and professional, open-minded and adaptable to remote bush living and passionate about people, wildlife and hospitality.

POSITION INFO:
Her:
 
At least 3–5 years management experience at a 4–5-star lodge/property
Strong admin and financial background
Excellent guest relations skills
Reservations experience is a big advantage (this role includes being part of the reservations team)
Confident managing a large lodge team with respect for local culture
 
Him:
 
Solid general maintenance experience (cars, plumbing, electrics, etc.)
Comfortable managing a large lodge and reserve team
Hands-on, proactive, and a great team motivator
