JOB DESCRIPTION:

Prepare monthly management, Quarterly board, and budget pack
Perform general ledger reconciliations accurately and timeously
Management reporting
Compile and distribute monthly cost expense reports
Prepare factory shops’ income statements
Forecasting and budgeting
Review and maintain selling expense cost rate tables and ensure they are aligned with actual expenses
Compile various sales reports for the required market or division.
Prepare journals and ensure journal accuracy
Perform Variance analysis
Prepare consolidated variable and fixed operating expense reports for monthly and board pack
Ad hoc reports and analysis
Prepare monthly sales pack reports
Provide analysis interpretation and problem-solving functions

Skills & Experience:
FMCG or manufacturing experience beneficial
Management accounting experience
Advanced Excel skills.
Meticulous, logical, and detail-orientated
Good problem-solving skills
Great communication skills

Qualification:
BCom or BTech non-negotiable
