What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• You’ll take ownership of the full finance function, including:
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Statutory compliance and financial reporting
• Managing and guiding a team of more senior finance staff
• Providing accurate financial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Acting as a trusted finance partner to the business

• Completed SAIPA articles with 5–10 years post-articles experience
• Strong end-to-end understanding of the finance function
• 3–5 years management experience, with confidence leading experienced team members
• A mature, professional, and people-focused leadership style
• Strong interpersonal skills and a grounded, confident personality
• Open-minded, adaptable, and eager to grow with the business
