POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with monthly management accounts and financial reporting
Perform stock reconciliations and inventory variance analysis
Support month-end and year-end financial processes
Ensure accuracy of inventory costing and stock controls
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
Support audit processes and compliance requirements
Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function

Job experience and Skill Required

Relevant Accounting or Finance Degree
Minimum 2 years' relevant accounting experience
Strong stock/inventory accounting experience (non-negotiable)
Excellent reconciliation and reporting skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
