SUMMARY:
To support identification and review of instruments that will enhance understanding and analysis that support improvements in the functioning and performance

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Design and enhance survey template questionnaire
Assist with training on how to complete the questionnaire etc
Prepare and dispatch questionnaire to national government departments
Collect, verify and process data for completeness and accuracy on government funded scientific and technological activities
Collect and analyse annual PRI data from relevant PRIs
Validation of the data for completeness, accuracy and consistency with other sources of data
Coordinate and ensure that reports are submitted according to project plans
Coordinate project meetings and distribute required information for the various project
Provide support during implementation activities by extracting information from current surveys and conduct modelling to inform decision making for budget coordination
Provide support with coordination of company’s user requirements access and provide users with technical support
Provide support in compiling administrative reports i.e. submissions, reports, letters,
Memos, MoUs and MoAs etc., implement
Internal controls, updating risk register and drafting of response to clients based on the requests received

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience

2 years’ experience in statistical analysis / public finance and data analysis/ economics

Qualifications

An NQF level 6 in Statistics / Economics/ Public Finance / Sciences / Development Studies.
