POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Must have experience on all listed Banks
• Lexis Convey, WinLaw, SearhWorks experience
• Open new bond files when instruction comes in
• Understand the Banks conditions
• Contact and requested Fica, personal information and any other special conditions imposed by the Bank from the client
• Must have knowledge re Fica for Legal Entities
• Obtain details of Transferring attorneys and request draft deed and guarantee requirements
• Follow up on Fica & draft deed weekly and update the system
• Once all info & docs received, check that all is in order and allocate draft to Senior to draft
• Must have knowledge of a Substitution of Debtor, Switch bond and Developments
• Do all deliveries – ABSA, Standard Bank, FNB, SA Home Loans
• Do general post every day
