POSITION INFO:

Preparing month end management accounts

Tax and VAT calculations

Monthly and ad-hoc reconciliations

Cashbook processing and reconciliation

Commission calculations

Daily cashflows

Monthly stock reconciliations including investigation of variances and write offs

Fixed asset register management

Processing of monthly depreciation journals.

Capturing and posting supplier invoices in Pastel

Monthly creditors reconciliations and creditors age analysis review

Debtors invoicing and monthly review of debtors ageing

Qualification:

BCom non-negotiable

Articles non-negotiable
