One of the largest system developers are currently on the lookout for an Assistant Accountant.  If you are a graduate and looking to upskill and grow their individuals.

As an Assistant Accountant you will gain exposure to the full financial function.

As an Assistant Accountant, you will responsible for the following:

• Capture all bank cash books data and petty cash books and
• Capture and calculate all customer tax invoices by the 2rd of every month.
• Capture all supplier’s invoices and do a monthly recon.
• Create and update supplier and detailed ledger accounts.
• Support with the annual audit process.
• Assist accountants with balance sheet recons
• Recon petty cash monthly
• Recon the bank cost of the Pool account monthly.
• Assist accountants with monthly management accounts
• Capture payments on Pastel
• Assist accountants with the compilation of Board Packs
• Assist with general office administration

Qualifications:

BCom / Studying

Skill:

Pastel is a preference
