A Family Office management team is ready to expand its finance team. They are looking for an Assistant Accountant to provide support to the Head of Finance and Financial Accountant.
As a Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare and sending invoices
- Payments loading and processing (Foreign)
- Prepare and report on VAT returns
- Produce trial balance for management account reporting
- Petty cash management
- Update fixed asset register
- Assist with foreign exchange transactions
- Complete account recons
- Prepare the trial balance up to management accounts
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Bcom Accounting
Proficient in MS Office
5+ years experience
Sage 300 experience preferred
