POSITION INFO:

Documentation Processing: Resolves technical and complex problems, especially in support of administrative queries/issues.
Billing and Invoicing - Manage Assessment Centre Recoveries and Invoicing
Manage the assessment mailbox – business, client, and candidate queries.
Provides admin support to the Assessment team leader as well as the Psychometrists – in terms of assessment admin tasks and responsibilities.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop effective solutions to pressing business needs from a technical standpoint.
Compile, clean, and process data from a wide array of unstandardised sources to support operational efficiency.
Ensure the integrity of existing data sources, and implement solutions to ensure incoming data streams are in a form amenable to analysis.
Synthesise insights from varied data sources to assess the efficacy of current practice and make recommendations regarding future developments.
Analyse business processes to assess risks and opportunities for improvement.
Produce data-driven insights into potential workflow optimisation.
Renders support and facilitates sessions for end-users, including training.
Work closely with employees across affected departments to ensure that data management policy is adhered to without adversely affecting workflow.
Performs statistical analysis on data. Interprets results and translates into actionable business insights
