Managing workflow

Creating and managing team schedules
Reporting to HR and senior management

Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes
Ensures efficient operation of assembly operation
Supervise employees within the department to efficiently produce component parts and final assemblies
Oversee the quality of production lines

Job Requirements

Matric
5 - 8 years experience in a manufacturing environment
