Area Manager (Fast Food Industry)

SUMMARY:
Our client a large Concern within the Fast Food Industry, Nationally, is currently recruiting an Area Manager for Cape Town, to commence duties soonest.

POSITION INFO:
Please note that the candidates applying for this position must have experience in the KFC, Hungry Lion, or any other fast food industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that staffing levels are determined as per business levels and requirements
• Ensure that all reporting and control procedures in the areas of operational compliance are in place.
• Maximize sales and profit through operational excellence.
• Implement a plan to improve performance and ensure the achievement of monthly objectives for restaurants.
• Oversee prompt and appropriate resolution of all complaints (health inspectors, customers, and employees)
• Oversee training and designated certification, including Team Member Training.
• Ensure that management and staff are aware of company policies and procedures and implement company programmes initiated by various departments.
• Drives sales through the speed of service and is ready for peak actions.
• Formulate and implement a Bench Plan.

• Grade 12 
• Clear Credit and Criminal Record
• Fast Food Industry knowledge and management 

• Basic R24000.00
• Vehicle
• Petrol Allowance 
• CTC R34000.00
• Additional R9000 a month based on performance.
