Lead a team of store leaders towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals

Optimise and oversee in-store operations to ensure efficiency

Attention to financial performance to ensure that stores are profitable and stay within budget

Responsible for all store recruitment and timeous filling of vacancies

Evaluate performance using key metrics
