• Proven on-the-road sales experience

• Comfortable using mobile sales and reporting tools

• Proactively identify, approach, and open new salon, spa, and retail accounts
• Grow sales and market share within the territory
• Build strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and nail professionals
• Conduct stock reviews and recommend appropriate orders
• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Open and onboard new accounts, supporting them through their initial orders
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional company systems and brands
• Provide in-salon product support and basic system training
• Support The Nail Academy initiatives and education programmes where required
• Use education and training as a tool to strengthen client relationships and increase brand loyalty
• Maintain merchandising and display standards within accounts
• Manage your diary, appointments, and call cycle effectively
• Rebook appointments to ensure consistent territory coverage
• Complete reports, administration, mileage tracking, and expense submissions accurately and on time
• Travel throughout the territory, including overnight travel where required

• Consistently opening new salon and spa accounts
• Growing sales within existing accounts
• Increasing Sparkle's market share across the territory
• Building trusted relationships with salon owners and nail professionals
• Achieving monthly sales and new business targets
