Well established company of the West Rand seeks a seasoned Architectural Specifier to join their dynamic team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements 

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role with strong relationships with architects, Quantity Surveyors and Developers 
• Background in architectural specification within the building industry 
• Valid drivers license and own transport 
• Ability to read and understand architectural plans 

• Work closely with project teams to ensure solutions fit smoothly into building plans
• Build solid connections with architects and other professionals to keep projects running smoothly
• Give clear, practical advice on products to help teams make smart decisions
• Drive sales by focusing on what clients actually needed and how the company could deliver
• Present ideas and solutions confidently to clients and stakeholders in a way that makes sense
