Architectural Draughtsman - Randburg

SUMMARY:
Our Client is in looking for a dedicated and skilled proffessional with a passion for Architectural Drafting to join their team based in the Randburg area.

POSITION INFO:

Key Duties:

• Responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings, drafting construction plans, and assisting with the As-builts and Municipality compliance processes.
• The role involves collaborating with architects and other team members to ensure that drawings are accurate and in compliance with project specifications.
• Responsible for on-site measuring, preparing and revising plans as needed and ensuring that all documents are up to date.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and construction plans using Revit 3D

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to compile Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
• Be able to use Drafting and drawing software tools
• Knowledge of Municipality compliance processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Well presented, well spoken candidate in English and Afrikaans
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Own vehicle

Education:

• Relevant degree or certification in Architecture (Advantageous but not essential)
