WE ARE HIRING | APPRENTICESHIP MILLWRIGHT

Location: Germiston
Monthly Stipend: R4 500 – R5 500

Kickstart your career through a structured 3-year apprenticeship programme designed to provide practical workplace exposure and theoretical training while earning a monthly stipend!

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics & Physical Science
      OR
- Technical N2/N3 qualification with relevant trade subjects

Skills & Knowledge:
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Strong understanding of workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy
- Exposure to PLC/HMI systems advantageous
- Strong problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks
- Participate in practical and theoretical apprenticeship training
- Support fault-finding and repairs on machinery
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
- Learn to interpret technical drawings and maintenance instructions
- Assist with installations and machinery maintenance
- Maintain safety standards and accurate records
- Attend training sessions and development activities
