Apprentice Manager

SUMMARY:
JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for providing support programmes and initiatives to our apprentices when they are off campus, placed at their  employers.
Run our employment readiness programme and work on building connections between the industry and our apprentice.

POSITION INFO:
EDUCATION,SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Honours degree in Social Work, Psychology or Education.
• 3-5 Years of experience running support programme for youth .
• A driver's license and a car.
• Be willing to travel to various sites to visit our apprentices.
• Experience in facilitation ,teaching or training is also beneficial passion for education, developing people and the learner experience in particular are key
