Help convert high-quality inbound renewable energy enquiries into booked appointments while supporting clients across multiple UK installer accounts.
Location: Remote (South Africa)2 | Working Arrangement: Remote | Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm | Salary: R15,000 – R19,000 per month

They partner with installation companies across the UK to generate high-quality inbound enquiries and support them in converting these into booked appointments, quotes, and revenue.
THE ROLE: APPOINTMENT SETTER (RENEWABLES – CLIENT DELIVERY)
This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of inbound leads for multiple installer clients. You will contact inbound enquiries, qualify homeowners, and book appointments directly into client calendars while maintaining accurate CRM records and providing performance updates.
Working across multiple client accounts, you will ensure marketing-generated leads are converted into booked appointments through efficient lead handling, accurate administration, and consistent follow-up.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact inbound leads promptly via phone, SMS, and email.
- Qualify homeowners based on predefined criteria, including property type, ownership, suitability, and intent.
- Book appointments directly into client calendars.
- Follow up consistently with unresponsive or undecided leads.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems across multiple client accounts.
- Ensure all communication and activity is logged accurately.
- Monitor lead status and pipeline progression.
- Provide regular updates on lead quality, booking performance, and trends.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve lead handling and conversion rates.
- Adapt to different client accounts, service offerings, qualification criteria, and calendars.
Performance will be measured against:
- Speed to lead (response time).
- Contact rate and engagement levels.
- Appointment booking rate.
- Appointment attendance rate (quality of qualification).
- CRM accuracy and data completeness.
- Lead-to-appointment conversion quality.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in appointment setting, telesales, or a similar phone-based role.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple pipelines and prioritise workload.
- Comfortable working within a performance-driven environment.
- Experience within Solar, Renewables, Home Improvements, or Utilities (desirable).
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce (desirable).
- Understanding of sales processes and lead qualification frameworks (desirable).
- Experience handling high volumes of inbound leads (desirable).
