Remote Cape Town, Renewables, Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm UK time
Salary: R15 000 - R19 000 p/m.

They partner with installation companies across the UK to generate inbound enquiries and support them in converting these into booked appointments, quotes, and revenue.

The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of leads for clients by contacting inbound enquiries generated through marketing campaigns. The role exists to qualify homeowners and book appointments directly into client calendars, ensuring lead generation activity converts into a tangible pipeline. The main focus areas include lead handling, maintaining accurate CRM data, and providing performance updates to internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities

Utilise experience in appointment setting or telesales to contact inbound leads promptly via phone, SMS, and email.

Qualify homeowners based on predefined criteria such as property type, ownership, suitability, and intent.

Book appointments directly into client calendars across multiple accounts.

Follow up consistently with unresponsive or undecided leads to monitor pipeline progression.

Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring all communication and activity is logged accurately.

Provide regular updates on lead quality, booking performance, and trends.

Work closely with internal teams to improve lead handling and conversion rates.

Adapt to various service offerings and qualification criteria across multiple installer clients.
About You

Experience in appointment setting, telesales, or a similar phone-based role.

Experience within Solar, Renewables, Home Improvements, or Utilities.
