Key Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve technical requests using an approved service management platform.
• Provide user assistance both in person and remotely across the business.
• Respond quickly to service interruptions and urgent technical issues, ensuring clear communication throughout resolution.
• Assist with the upkeep of user devices, servers, connectivity, and hosted platforms.
• Support cloud based services, user access management, and productivity tools.
• Apply basic security controls and escalate risks where required.

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• One to three years experience in IT support, IT operations, or infrastructure focused roles.
• Experience working with service tickets and supporting business critical systems.
• Exposure to environments where uptime and response speed are important.
• Solid understanding of core IT concepts and infrastructure components.
• Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft productivity platforms.
• Working knowledge of directory services and user access management.
• Basic networking knowledge including name resolution and connectivity concepts.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft based services.
• Understanding of backup processes and system recovery principles.
• Ability to remain calm and effective during high pressure situations.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for resolving issues.
