POSITION INFO:
We are seeking an experienced Analytics & Reporting Lead to drive data-driven decision-making, performance management, and commercial insights across a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the analytics strategy by translating business challenges into actionable insights and reporting solutions.
Develop and oversee scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, and management information tools.
Establish and govern KPIs, scorecards, and reporting cadences to track and improve business performance.
Drive advanced analytics initiatives to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
Collaborate with business, finance, risk, technology, and data teams to deliver insight-led recommendations.
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and governance of analytical outputs and reporting processes.
Lead and mentor analytics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Support the enhancement of data collection processes, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
Partner with technology teams to embed analytics into business planning, prioritisation, and commercial decision-making

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Studies, Information Technology, Mathematical Sciences, Analytics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years' experience within analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data environments.
At least 3-4 years' experience leading analytics teams in financial services or a related industry.
Experience with Business Intelligence implementations will be advantageous.
Strong SQL, Business Intelligence, and data visualisation expertise.
Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence business decisions through data-driven insights.
