A leading organisation is on the lookout for a Analyst Fraud Solutions - L&D Specialist/Fraud Advisor to join their dynamic team and support fraud prevention efforts through impactful training and knowledge sharing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven L&D professional with strong fraud awareness to influence change and uplift technical capability across Fraud Solutions teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, design, and deliver fraud-specific learning programmes
• Conduct skills gap analysis and align training to business strategy
• Create impactful learning content based on emerging fraud trends
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver bespoke L&D solutions
• Track learning uptake and report on engagement and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Development, Education or related field (NQF 7)
• 3–5 years’ experience in a Learning & Development role
• Proven ability to design and deliver a variety of learning solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills
• Experience in fraud environments or call centre/operations settings (advantageous)
• Knowledge of fraud trends, practices and prevention strategies (beneficial)
