SUMMARY:
Design and operationalize structured frameworks to measure the financial and strategic impact of Al initiatives, incorporating both quantitative metrics (e.g., cost savings) and qualitative benefits (e.g., customer satisfaction)
Perform detailed financial evaluations of Al initiatives, including total cost of ownership (TCO), break-even timelines, and sensitivity analysis to guide investment decisions
Establish key performance indicators (e.g., accuracy rates, process efficiency gains) tailored to each Al initiative and implement dashboards for real-time tracking

POSITION INFO:
Key Activities & Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to ensure Al initiatives directly address Business priorities and objectives, such as revenue growth, cost reduction, or risk mitigation
• Create comprehensive proposals for Al investments, outlining projected ROl, resource requirements, risks, and alignment with long-term strategic objectives
• Oversee financial planning and resource allocation for Al initiatives, ensuring optimal utilization of dedicated resources across business functions
• Enable data-driven decision-making by using predictive models to evaluate the likelihood of success for Al initiatives and optimize their deployment strategies
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for Al initiatives, providing regular updates and insights that help stakeholders understand the value and impact of Al solutions
• Regularly monitor performance of Al use cases to uncover inefficiencies, such as underperforming models or integration gaps, and recommend corrective actions
• Research emerging trends and technologies (e.g., generative Al, edge computing) and assess their potential applications to enhance performance and ROI
• Implement automated tools to track Al solution performance, user adoption rates, and deviations from expected outcomes

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related technical field
• Relevant certifications in Al/ML, Data Analytics or Business Intelligence (preferred)

• 8+ years of experience in Al Strategy, Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
• Hands on experience in Al Value realization, financial modeling or performance Analytics
• Experience working in fast paced telecom environment
• Strong background in cloud-based Al solutions and Data driven decision making
• Expertise in implementing Al monitoring tools and Business Intelligence solutions
• Demonstrated ability to optimize Al investments through predictive analytics and continuous monitoring
