About the RoleAs an Aircraft Mechanic, you'll be responsible for maintaining the airworthiness of Boeing aircraft by performing scheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, structural repairs, and defect rectification in accordance with EASA regulations and OEM maintenance standards.
You'll work in a highly professional, safety-driven environment where precision, quality, and teamwork are essential.
What You'll Be DoingYour responsibilities will include:
Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Boeing aircraft
Diagnosing and rectifying aircraft defects within certification limits
Conducting detailed inspections to ensure aircraft safety and airworthiness
Completing structural repairs, modifications, and component replacements
Interpreting OEM maintenance manuals, technical drawings, and repair documentation
Manufacturing and assembling aircraft components where required
Accurately completing maintenance and production documentation
Ensuring all work complies with EASA regulations, OEM procedures, and aviation quality standards
Working closely with engineering and maintenance teams to deliver safe and efficient aircraft maintenance
We're Looking ForTo be considered, you must have:
Proven hands-on experience maintaining Boeing aircraft
A completed qualification as an Aircraft Mechanic
A valid EASA licence or an equivalent recognised aviation certification
Strong knowledge of Boeing aircraft maintenance procedures
Experience with aircraft inspections, structural repairs, and defect rectification
Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
The ability to interpret OEM manuals and technical documentation
A strong commitment to aviation safety and quality standards
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Essential RequirementsSouth African citizen currently residing in South Africa
Proven Boeing aircraft maintenance experience (non-negotiable)
Valid EASA licence or equivalent recognised certification
Afrikaans proficiency
Willing and able to relocate to Belgium
